# CHALLENGE
Vodafone needs to redefine the end-to-end digital journey for their customers in the Vodafone physical shops.
# SOLUTION
I carefully crafted and designed the Business origami set used to facilitate the workshop and synthesised the findings in a customer journey to socialise the findings with the client. The customer journeys where then converted into illustrations used as design artefacts to collect insights from customers and validate the concept.
